You are a cell on this living body called Earth. There are over 7 billion of us human cells and a much wider variety of other types of cells we’ve labeled as plants, insects, bacteria, amphibians, mammals, birds and more.

There’s a huge variety of cells on this body called Earth. Just as when the cells of our individual bodies grow healthier and more vibrant, we grow healthier and more vibrant. Just as we grow more conscious, joyful, loving…so does the rest of our greater, interconnected body.

If you want to change the world, change yourself because you are part of the world.

If you think your beneficial contributions to the world aren’t leaving it a better place, you’re mistaken. You are part of the world and as you grow personally — physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually — so does the world. In fact, I think our greatest contributions to the world are our selves.
