From Surviving To Thriving With Dr. Tracy Ransome

On this episode of The Soulfully Optimized Life, I bring my friend Dr. Tracy Ransome on board to share wisdom about two of the most radically transformative healing modalities I’ve ever come across…and that Tony Robbins recommends.

These two healing modalities are Network Spinal Analysis and Somato Respiratory Integration. Both of these were developed by Donny Epstein, which are geared to upgrade a person’s nervous system…their operating system for life.

Tracy’s first experience with Network Spinal Analysis turned her world upside down in an amazing way and she felt a level of love, bliss & connection through her body that she didn’t even know was possible.

After two years of receiving care, going to Donny Epstein’s most premier programs, and integrated NSA and SRI into her life…she took a big leap: she decided to take a break from acting and producing films in order to go to Chiropractic school to become a Network Chiropractor.

Now several years later, Tracy is a Network Chiropractor with an office right by the beach in Manhattan Beach, California.

She’s on a mission to help people go from surviving to thriving using Network Care and SRI as strategies for healing and upgrading the bodymindspirit.

In this episode, you’ll learn…

  • About the 12 Stages Of Healing and the states of consciousness they reflect
  • How to do Stage 1 of SRI in a guided exercise
  • The importance of consciously choosing love over fear throughout your life
  • Why most of us are operating with a “survivor” nervous system, and how to make the switch
  • How to thrive through all seasons of life
